Levanto
Levanto lies in the midst of one the most beautiful holiday-destinations of Italy. In our immediate neighborhood are the Cinqueterre with the five villages Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore and the well-known bathing resort Bonassola.
Cinque Terre
The Cinque Terre are probably the most famous and most popular hiking destination in Italy. You can hike
on historic paths through vineyards, olive grooves with a spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea.
The Cinque Terre have been declared a world cultural heritage by the UNESCO and has also turned into
a National Park

Val di Vara
The Vara valley lies in the hinterland of the Ligurien Riviera. Small medieval towns and small villages
on green hills are waiting to be explored by you. Here you will find Peace and recovery off the busy
tourists tracks. The Val di Vara is also called the biological valley, particularly the upper valley,
the so called Alta Val di Vara, agricultural production is strictly biologically and controlled. Val
di Vara is the first municipality in Europe awarded with a bio certificate from the European community.

Bonassola
Bonassola is a quiet bathing resort. The wide bay has a beautiful gravel beach. In the peak
season from July to Septembers numerous concerts and cultural events are organized.
Both destinations can easily be reached within a few minutes by train or within a few hours walk.

La Spezia
La Spezia lies in the center of the gulf of the same name. La Spezia is a lively harbor town, which took a considerable effort to make fell at ease inhabitants and visitors alike. The old part of town was transformed to the pedestrian zone, bars and restaurants received the permission move chairs and tables on the sidewalks. In the summer La Spezia is place with lots of concerts and stage performances.

Levanto is also an ideal starting point for trips to the famous coastal
places like Portofino, Santa Margherita and Camogli. Cities worth
seeing such as Genova, Pisa or Firenze, can easily be reached by
train or car from Levanto in less than two hours.
